Two decades of excellence, discipline, and sportsmanship.
City Mayor
The Calapan City Athletic Association (CCAA) began its journey in 2005. The league was conceptualized during the term of Mayor Carling Brucal by then-City Administrator (now City Mayor) Atty. Doy C. Leachon, initiating a youth program firmly anchored on sports.
The primary goal of the CCAA is to provide opportunities for student-athletes in Calapan to hone their athletic skills while giving them a chance to secure athletic scholarships. For two decades, the CCAA has discovered and nurtured athletic talents, shaping countless young people into successful professionals, leaders, and productive members of society.

League Commissioner
Throughout its 20-year history, the league has continuously evolved. To maintain the integrity of the association, the CCAA committee implemented stricter guidelines to ensure smooth operations and fair play among all participating schools.
One of the most defining moments was Season 16. During the height of the pandemic, the CCAA successfully organized a virtual inter-collegiate sporting event under the theme "Together As One", earning praise from the DOH and the Philippine Sports Commission. Today, the league boasts a massive level of competition, with schools conducting year-round scouting supported by professional coaches.
